Quality management system covers all activities of all UniCredit Leasing Corporation IFN S.A. departments, which may have implications for quality of products and services offered by the organization to its customers.

Quality policy adopted by UniCredit Leasing Corporation IFN S.A. ensure the implementation, monitoring, continuous improvement of quality management system, increasing its efficiency, the correct application of requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2008 referential, of regulations in force as well as the customer satisfaction.

The principles underlying  the Quality Policy aims:

• Orientation of the Organization to meet in larger measure the customer requirements;

• Continuous improvement of performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the system;

• Involving all staff towards the achieving of objectives of the organization.
