What should I do in case of an easy car accident, produced between two cars?
In the case of an accident (no bodily injury) involving two vehicles, if only material damage has occurred and the guilt can be established, the form of amiable finding by both parties involved in the accident shall be completed, in full respect of the instructions mentioned on the back of the form.
The injured person shall submit the form to the issuer of the RCA of the driver responsible for the accident together with the following documents:
• copy of the guilty RCA policy;
• the amiable finding form filled in all the headings of both drivers involved in the accident or the police report issued by the Police;
• driving license of the injured person;
• identity act of the injured; the registration certificate and the identity card of the damaged vehicle;
• if the vehicle does not belong to you, empowerment from the vehicle owner (notarized power of attorney if the owner is a natural person).
If you can not agree who is responsible for the accident, go immediately to the Road Police section where the accident occurred.

What do I have to do in the case of a car accident involving victims or bodily injury?
In case of an accident involving victims or injuries, call Salvation immediately and notify the Police - unique number 112.
Do not leave the scene until the arrival of a Road Police crew. Also, the persons involved in such an accident have the legal obligation not to modify or delete the traces of the accident.

What should I do in other cases of car accident?
If the fault can not be established with certainty, or if more than two vehicles or other injured parties were involved in the event, the police station will immediately be notified of the incident.

What do I do if a theft is made?
The theft is immediately announced to the police station in which it occurred and within 24 hours to the Insurer. In the case of theft, the competent bodies will conduct research for 30 days, in the case of partial theft and 60 days in the case of total theft, in order to identify the authors and to determine the causes and circumstances of the event.
After the 30 days and 60 days respectively, the Insurer requests and receives a document from the Police, which includes the stage of the investigation, if the guilty person has been identified or the case is declared as Unknown Author. After the receipt of the document, the Insurer will file the theft file.
If, in the 60 days of the total theft investigation, the good is identified, the Insurer will compensate for the damages of the good.

What should I do in case of external damage?
Notice of damage is done immediately after the damage has occurred or as soon as you have come to know of its occurrence. Notification of damage must be made immediately, even if the damages you want to do on another day.
Reporting damage involves providing information about the event:
• the identification and contact details of the persons involved in the event, especially the person making the endorsement, of the person who was driving the vehicle, both the insured and the person who was damaged, if any;
• the causes and circumstances in which the event occurred, including details of the event location and timing of the event - date, time;
• identification data of the vehicles involved in the event;
• details of the location and condition of the damaged vehicle (if it is movable or not);
After the damage notification, you will be able to file a claim file and you will be contacted within 24 hours of the notice by an Insurer's representative in order to determine how the case is handled.
Repairs outside the country are subject to the Insurer's approval.

How do I report damage to the insurer?
Notice of damage to the insurer is made immediately after it has been made or as soon as you have come to know it to be produced by telephone to the Call Center by accessing the WEB address or its damages center. You can find here the contact details of the insurers.
Reporting damage involves providing information about the event:
• the identification and contact details of the persons involved in the event, particularly the person making the endorsement, of the person who was driving the vehicle, the insured person and the person who was the victim, if any;
• The causes and circumstances in which the event occurred, including details of the event location and timing of the event - date, time;
• the identification data of the vehicles involved in the event or the damaged / stolen equipment;
• details of the location and condition of the damaged property (if it is movable or not) in order to determine the place where the damage will be made by a representative of the insurer.
After providing this data you will receive the file number to be retained and must be submitted at the point of finding, and you will receive all the information necessary to make the damages.

What documents are required for the damage file?
In order to start the repair of the vehicle, it is necessary to notify the insurance company as soon as possible. (Caution!) The insurance policy conditions impose a maximum term for damage approval - please check the General Insurance Policy for the casco policy or check this information with the representatives of Unicredit Insurance Broker).
• Identity card / identity card of the insured or the driver of the vehicle for which the damage file is opened, in original and in copy;
• The registration certificate of the vehicle for which the damage file is opened, in original and in copy;
• The identity card of the vehicle for which the damage file is opened, in original and in copy;
• Driving license of the driver of the vehicle for which the damage file is opened, in original and in copy;
• Copy of the CASCO policy and its Annexes and Specifications;

• The police certificate certifying the theft, partial or total.
To complete the auto damage file, you must also present the following:
• All original tax documents proving the repair of the vehicle (invoices, receipts, service orders, etc.);
• Complaint claim completed, signed and stamped by the owner of the vehicle for which the damage file was filed or by its legal representative.

Which service providers can repair the goods?

• If you want the repair to be carried out in your preferred service, without direct settlement with the Insurer, the value of the repairs will be paid by you, and you will subsequently recover the costs from the insurer.

Who is paid for compensation?
If the repair was done in a partner's Repairing Unit of your Insurer, the payment of the indemnity will be made directly to the insurer, from which will be deferred for the policy, if any;
If the repair was done in a non-Partner repair unit with your Insurer and the payment was made by you, the Insurer will pay the indemnity to the User's account with the prior consent of the Owner.

When can I get the car out of service?
The good may be removed from service after completing the repairs as follows:
• If the repair was done in a partner's repair unit of your Insurer, the good may be released on the basis of the payment agreement issued by the Insurer;
• If the repair was carried out in a non-part repairing unit with your Insurer, the asset may be released after repayment costs have been paid.
