UniCredit Leasing Fleet Management, member of UniCredit Leasing Corporation IFN S.A., is the company dedicated to operational leasing and fleet management (services of fleet administration). Our offer consists of 3 distinct products, which are the following: exclusive operational leasing, operational leasing + fleet management (fleet administration), and exclusive fleet management, all of these services being dedicated to vehicles. Consequently, we provide our customers with the optimum solution of financing according to their different needs.
More specifically, the fleet management can be defined as a set of services, among which we mention: specialized consultancy, insurance (full CASCO, RCA), car maintenance, tyre management, road assistance, replacement car, VIP services, etc.
In sum, we are a young but highly experimented team aiming for a single target: that of providing high quality services based on transparency and flexibility.
The Offer of UniCredit Leasing Fleet Management
Taking into account the fact that, up to the present moment, the financing offer of UniCredit Leasing was focused on financial leasing, this product in itself is a novelty. UniCredit Leasing Fleet Management anticipates both its loyal customers' needs and the requirements of the market, by offering a product especially designed for companies. More specifically to those companies that wish to focus on their main activity instead of wasting their internal resources with the coordination of an activity (fleet management) they are not specialized in. Another reason for our emergence within the Group is the leading position on the Romanian leasing market following the merger of HVB Leasing with UniCredit Leasing. This top ranking determines the Group to approach an aggressive and innovative strategy in respect to expanding the products offer, while constantly keeping a considerable head-start by comparison to the rest of the competitors.
Our strategy is to offer a transparent product, shaped according to the client's needs, and to provide services of an impeccable quality, as the Group image imposes us maximum standards. The particularities of our product become clear when comparing it to the competition's offer. We suggest the potential customers to conduct a thorough market research before making a final decision. As similar as the offers may seem at a first glance, there are certain details that influence to a significant extent the quality of contracts.
Channels of distribution employed
Within a first stage, we shall concentrate our efforts towards the existent portfolio of the leasing company and of the local bank, as there already is a high demand on the part of the present customers for this service. The next step is focusing on direct sales both in Bucharest and outside it, by means of the leasing company's network of branches. In all this time, we will continue our collaboration with the brokerage companies, this type of partnership gradually proving its viability.
UniCredit Fleet Management Objectives for 2007
Our immediate objectives are qualitative rather than quantitative. In the first phase we aim at perfecting the company from the organizational and procedural perspectives, only in the second stage our target being that of occupying a reference position in the fleet management market in Romania.
Our message addressed both to the customers and the specific market is that we are ready for a competition of marathon. Short races are part of the strategy of small companies, oriented more towards an immediate profit, to the prejudice of a long-term, healthy contruction.
